Bump workspace version to 0.4.1-beta and update a few wasm/web-sys related dependencies. Add a custom serde serializer to limit SqlResponse.took to 3 decimal places. Major simplification and cleanup of the chat-with-ai example (remove Keycloak and many UI files, add minimal demo files, new README, updated .env.example and SQL schema). Additional tweaks to examples/simple-typescript and summarizer-agent, and updates to link SDK artifacts and TypeScript/Dart SDK files.
