Add link/sdks/typescript/client/.npmrc to .gitignore and delete the committed .npmrc (removes a leaked npm auth token). Also bump the @kalamdb/client package version in package-lock.json from 0.4.2-rc.2 to 0.4.2-rc.2.1.
Replace occurrences of the old GitHub owner `jamals86` with `kalamstack` across the project. Updated repository URLs, badges, homepage/issue links, Docker raw links, install script, Cargo.toml, Dockerfile metadata, SDK READMEs and package/podspec metadata, and various docs/specs to point to the new GitHub location.
