Add user_id to topic messages; bump release#217

Introduce user_id into the internal TopicMessage envelope and Arrow schema (model annotated with table/column metadata and schema now derived from the model). Update stream and HTTP consume handlers to include user_id in record batches/response and adjust tests accordingly. Add serde alias for legacy "username" in ServerSetupRequest and include unit tests. Add kalamdb-macros as a dependency for kalamdb-tables. Bump workspace version to 0.4.2-rc.3 (and update lockfiles). Update CI to run Admin UI tests before building. Also include generated bench results/logs and various SDK/TypeScript consumer client updates related to these changes.
