Add a JUnit duration normalization step to CI to ensure test-reporter sees suite durations. Simplify the SDKS workflow: remove the embedded TypeScript server bootstrap/stop and auth steps and standardize environment variables to KALAMDB_*; add explicit test output paths and parsing improvements. Move Dart test orchestration into link/sdks/dart/test.sh and wire DART machine output files. Add lightweight test runner scripts for TypeScript consumer and ORM packages and update scripts/test-typescript-sdk-release.sh to call them with proper env vars. Include rebuilt Dart web/pkg artifacts (JS/TS/WASM) and bump the web package version to 0.4.3-rc.4.
