Upgrades several dependencies including serde_json, moka, tempfile, and others. Refines static linking configuration for Windows (GNU) targets in .cargo/config.toml and Dockerfile to ensure binaries run without MinGW DLLs. Adds clippy lint suppressions, improves test assertions and error messages, and updates workspace package versions for CLI and link crates. Test code is clarified for subscription and WebSocket scenarios, and minor code cleanups are applied throughout.
