Downgraded the object_store crate to version 0.12.4 to match DataFusion 51.0.0 dependency and removed usage of ObjectStoreExt. Updated related imports in kalamdb-filestore. Added a GitHub Actions workflow to publish the TypeScript SDK to npm.
