Introduces new HTTP-based cluster tests for commands, views, and snapshot reuse. Updates CI release workflow with macOS ARM smoke test and automated README release update. Refactors Arrow types in cluster view for correctness. Adds timeouts to long-running tests and improves test isolation. Updates Docker test script to use healthcheck and root password for SQL auth.
