Improve test isolation and index usage in system table tests#85

Updated backend system table index usage tests to use unique prefixes per run for user and job IDs, ensuring test isolation and preventing collisions. Refactored queries to use dynamic values and fixed job type assignment for index tests. Added new output files for test results and CLI nextest runs.
