Feature request: Default Input Device

When I open the app or reboot my MacBook, it automatically selects my phone’s mic, and I have to manually switch to the MacBook’s mic every single time. If we could select a device by default, it would greatly enhance the UX. Please consider adding this option. 🙏🏻

Hit this same behavior (resets to a virtual NoSound device on every launch in my case). Root cause: the selection is never persisted — AudioRecordingService just picks the first discovered device at init.

Opened #78 which persists the selected device's uniqueID to UserDefaults and restores it on launch, with a fallback to the first available device if the saved one is disconnected. Built and verified locally on macOS 26.2.
