Licensing issue with "All rights reserved"?

The LICENSE file at the root of the repo currently contains the "All rights reserved" sentence which is not present in the OSI nor the SPDX license template.

To avoid all ambiguity about the FOSS licensing of orgparse, would you consider removing the "All rights reserved."?

To my knowledge orgparse is in maintenance mode only and nearly "dead". See its project status. But I also know there are some folks around interested in the project. So there is potential that someone might take it over.
