Remove data reading from pipeline and load data from `contribution` container

Task description

Data loading has been moved out of the pipeline, and it should now read the files from the contributions container. Make sure to delete any services that are no longer in use. DO NOT include the microsoft.parquet file as it requires major pipeline changes.
