Updating the nightly workflow runs for better logging. In the last 4 days, the run has failed twice, for unknown reasons. This should allow for debugging.
Additionally, adding the ref: main clause, because perhaps the branch name of a workflow_dispatch run cannot actually be checked out to.
If this doesn't work, the next step is adding the tmate ssh debugger and manually running each step, but I'll wait for tomorrow for that.
