Add WS session timer row to the safeguards tables in API-Rate-Limits (EN+DE) explaining the proactive reconnect introduced in v2.0.5.

  • 1.12.15: document command-timeout retry behaviour for #27 symptom pattern Adds a dedicated troubleshooting section for the "scheduled mower never starts" symptom (issue #27) and refreshes the generic "Commands fail" entry to spell out the distinction between command_failed (deterministic) and command_timeout (recovery-eligible, now retries 3x automatically since 1.12.15). EN and DE in sync.
