Beta Feature: Command bar

I've been meaning to have a command bar (cmd/ctrl-k) for a while. Bring it up, search for calcs/functions/features, change your theme, generally have a good time. Cmd/ctrl-p opens the calc list, so you can create a new calc, or jump to an existing one easily.
