Add whitening procedure to FlowMatchingModel

This change adds the whitening procedure to the FlowMatchingModel, similar to the NFModel.

The following changes were made:

• Added _data_mean and _data_cov attributes to FlowMatchingModel.
• Updated the __init__ method to initialize these attributes.
• Updated the train method to compute the mean and covariance from the training data.
• Modified train_epoch to apply whitening to the target data before training.
• Updated the sample method to apply inverse whitening to the generated samples.
• Updated the log_prob method to apply whitening and adjust for the change of variables.
