This PR fixes our
autotest_prsworkflow so we don't have to keep merging PRs with red Xs. We skip the KBase auth2 server tests because these tests can't be done with the current Cloudflare configuration used by KBase. I can only assume this configuration was adopted to stem the LLM-driven bot storm that is thrashing the internet.I guess it's been a while since we were able to have nice things in software, but I'm not entirely happy with this solution.
