Instructions

Start up the app, go into Settings / Other and write down the 'Path to beatmaps'
Close the app.
Download the beatmaps
Unzip the files on your PC or Android device.
Place the files found in the beatmaps folder inside the <path to beatmaps>/beatmaps folder of the app.

About soundfiles:

I won't include any soundfiles along with the beatmaps as that would potentially violate copyrights. However, as a hint, Spoiler
