Hi, I'm Kieran ๐Ÿ‘‹

IT technician focused on Windows endpoint management, PowerShell automation, and making repetitive admin work disappear.

I spend my days on desktop deployment, asset management, scripting, and troubleshooting across a fleet of machines โ€” and most of my projects come from scratching my own itch: "I've done this by hand three times, let me just write the tool."

What I work with

  • PowerShell โ€” modules, automation, reporting, and admin tooling (my main thing)
  • Windows administration โ€” deployment, RSAT, Active Directory, Group Policy, endpoint troubleshooting
  • Infrastructure โ€” Windows Server, AD/DNS/DHCP, imaging and PXE, homelab/virtualization
  • Comfortable with the messy real-world stuff: mismatched environments, legacy boxes, "it works on this machine but not that one"

Things I've built

  • Get-InstalledApps โ€” a fast, registry-based replacement for the painfully slow Win32_Product. Self-contained, no dependencies.
  • More PowerShell tools and IT projects โ€” see my pinned repos below.
