jsonMerge module should be a builtin package

Are there any reasons to not have json_merge_patch module as a builtin package?
We merge external configurations all the time in KCL and need to always push an extra module when using custom OCI registry to store our stuff.

That's how I am doing it today.
I was wondering since its such an important feature to merge external configurations, maybe it should be a builtin feature in the language itself.
