Common functions and methods for projects in the rock moisture ensemble

Common functionailty is presented in shell scripts in base directory:

api_extractions

This functionality, executed from run_extractions.sh, will extract specified GEE data for:

• Individual points passed via CSV
• At a USGS stream gage location with corresponding stream gage data.
• Averaged across the upstream watershed area for a USGS stream gage with corresponding stream gage data
