사용자가 삭제될 때 다른 서비스에 요청해서 정보 삭제하도록 변경 주문 서비스는 다시 한번 체크해서 수정하도록 함
[Fix] 관리자의 사용자 삭제 수정(미완성)
이름이 2글자일때 마스킹이 안되는 경우 체크, 이름이 마스킹이 안되는 경우 체크
주소가 한단어일 경우나 없는 경우에 대해서 수정 -> 500에러가 뜸
이메일이 마스킹이 되지 않는 경우에 대해 로그 남겨서 확인
유저 탈퇴 로직 수정, 사용자 주소 조회 API 구현, 마스킹 수정
