There isn't not limit here https://github.com/keboola/storage-api-php-client/blob/8c5ee495ae15e756627c7f0baf494d19dd1011e4/src/Keboola/StorageApi/HandlerStack.php#L60 So I'd say 20 is better :)

not sure if twenty is the right max wait limit, but better than 2 every time I guess ?
