Update `kedro-telemetry` to comply with `KedroDataCatalog`

## Description
Currently `kedro-telemetry` plugin is `Kedro` dependency and it can only operate with the old `DataCatalog`.

We need to identify what changes are needed for compatibility with the new catalog and make them before releasing `1.0.0`
