Create the minimum documentation required for testing before the user-facing testing phase.

The documentation should cover (not an exhaustive list):
1. Patterns resolution
2. Catalog API (dict interface and other methods)
3. Lazy loading
4. Catalog and CLI commands (list_datasets, list_patterns, resolve_patterns)
5. Runners (run output, SharedMemoryDataCatalog)
6. Explanation of how to set up and what telemetry/viz version to use.
