Automatic direct Bluetooth recovery
- Stops adopting stale CoreBluetooth subscribers when selecting a saved computer.
- Uses a two-stage reconnect: initial HID publication followed by exactly one automatic GATT refresh to clear the host's cached notification state.
- Shows the green ready state only after keyboard and mouse subscribe to the final service publication.
- Recreates both CoreBluetooth managers after a real peer disconnect, ended HID subscriptions, or returning from more than three seconds in the background.
- Makes ↻ run the same full recovery sequence that previously required ESP → Bluetooth → refresh.
- Documents why encrypted BLE HID pairing creates a device-level Linux bond and why BlueZ's generic connection may also activate iPhone audio profiles.
Validated with HID/recovery tests, iPhone Simulator press tests, and a full unsigned IPA build. Physical sleep/wake and host switching still need testing on macOS and Linux.
