There's no direct merge for passkeys, but you can always do the following:

Uh oh!

As I started my passwordlist in the past with only passwords, later adding TOTPs if available and now Passkeys, I have the "problem" that I created a new entry for the TOTP or/and Passkey entry. Later I found, that I can add the TOTP/Passkey to the existing account during creation. But I still have several duplicate entries and reducing them takes time (Actually I copy the password and other info into the TOTP or Passkey entry, but could not find a ways to copy the TOTP or passkey, so migrating TOTP and Passkey entery is impossible).
I guess I am not the only one with this "problem".
Additional feature: While creation of new entry it could also be nice to search in the KeepassDB for existing entries to offer adding the new entry to the existing one.
