The CTRL+ALT shortcut is not working. Version: 2.7.12

In version 2.7.12, I can't move my entries up/down using the "ctrl+alt" key combination. This happens in version 2.7.12. I heard that you'll be releasing a nice "keyboard shortcut combination" update in version 2.8 so we can customize the shortcuts. Could you fix this problem before that update? This combination still works in version 2.7.10, but it's not possible in 2.7.12.

As far as I can see, there is no other solution.

What OS and install method? Nothing changed with this feature

The problem is solved! The entries weren't changing order because I clicked the "sort by name" button. I apologize for only discovering this now :( Thank you for trying to help.
