Adds Nagios monitoring provider to Keep that: - Receives alerts via webhooks from Nagios - Maps Nagios states (OK, WARNING, CRITICAL, UNKNOWN) to Keep status/severity - Supports both host and service notifications - Handles recovery notifications Resolves: keephq#3960
