What's new

Context component cache — 65x speedup on repeated get_context() calls:

  • In-memory action-level cache at the flow engine's action runner
  • Three specialized caches: SimilarCache (generation+TTL), MetaCache (generation), PartsCache (item-based)
  • Stores IDs+scores only; hydrates fresh item data on hit (summaries/tags always current)
  • 500 entries per cache, LRU eviction, invalidation on write/delete/tag

CLI cleanup — eliminated all full_app delegation from the thin CLI:

  • pending --list, --reindex, --retry, --purge, --daemon all call functions directly
  • config, doctor, data export/import call library functions directly
  • No more CLI-wrapping-CLI indirection

Daemon cold start fix — 23s → 7s:

  • Fixed stale token file causing 401 loops during daemon startup polling
  • Tightened poll interval from 0.3s to 0.1s
