Add Russian documentation and translation resources: addon/doc/ru/readme.md (Russian README with overview, usage, commands and storage info) and addon/locale/ru/LC_MESSAGES/nvda.po (Russian PO file with UI string translations and metadata, includes translator/team and v2026.0 info).
