Can your Greaseweazle setup read disks that work okay in your pcw systems? That's the first step, before writing new disks. |

#271 appears to have a suggested diskdef for Amstrad CPC 3-inch floppies; PCW floppies may be similar, so that may serve at least as a starting point? |

Hello all.
A relative newbie here.
I've successfully used Greaseweazle to read and write BBC Micro and Amiga discs but I am banging my head against a wall trying to write an image to an Amstrad PCW9512 or PCW8256 3" Disk.
I know both machines are OK as I can read and write the current 3" floppies with them but I have other known good images that although Greaseweazle says they write OK, they are not read by the machines!
I have both the 3" DS and SS drives - nothing I try works.
I have been going blind as there is no diskdefs that I can see that are suitable for these drives.....
PLEASE HELP - MY HAIR LOSS IS ACCELERATING !!
