Amstrad PCW 8xxx / 9xxx HELP !!! (Please)...

Hello all.
A relative newbie here.
I've successfully used Greaseweazle to read and write BBC Micro and Amiga discs but I am banging my head against a wall trying to write an image to an Amstrad PCW9512 or PCW8256 3" Disk.
I know both machines are OK as I can read and write the current 3" floppies with them but I have other known good images that although Greaseweazle says they write OK, they are not read by the machines!
I have both the 3" DS and SS drives - nothing I try works.
I have been going blind as there is no diskdefs that I can see that are suitable for these drives.....

Can your Greaseweazle setup read disks that work okay in your pcw systems? That's the first step, before writing new disks.

It seems that I can read using 'scp' as a save format, but that is all

#271 appears to have a suggested diskdef for Amstrad CPC 3-inch floppies; PCW floppies may be similar, so that may serve at least as a starting point?

I looked at that, and thought that Mandarin might be easier! I'm using FluxMyFluffyFloppy - should have said that at the beginning. I am not up to command line stuff!
