Locally the tests pass, but CI fails due to unrelated conda issues. Since these will be resolved in #81, and the tests there can't pass without these changes, I'll merge this as is. |

This PR adds support for mmh3 v5.0.0 and fixes some doctests that were broken for NumPy v2 and recent SciPy releases (functionality remains the same; the dependencies just changed the repr of some objects).
