I have a question for download a copy for the layer

How can we get a client setup to securely get the layer for pillow from region ap-southeast-2

We would like to get a copy for the layer version
arn:aws:lambda:ap-southeast-2:770693421928:layer:Klayers-p312-pillow:2

Getting the layer from any region is similar as it'll download an identical zip packag for you. You don't have to specify the region. Hope that helps.
