Summary

  • Footer stacks vertically on mobile; separator dots hidden below sm breakpoint
  • GitHub text link replaced with shields.io CI status badge (dynamic) and coverage badge (static 88% for now — see below)
  • Lock icon + "decoded in browser" notice added below the input textarea on the homepage
  • Prominent green callout box added at the top of the privacy policy

Notes

Coverage badge is currently static (88%). See follow-up to wire up Codecov for a dynamic badge.

- Footer stacks to column on mobile, hides separator dots below sm breakpoint

- Add lock icon + "decoded in browser" notice below the input textarea
- Add prominent client-side callout box at top of privacy policy page
- Replace npm test with npm run coverage (lcov + text reporters)
- Upload lcov.info to Codecov via codecov-action v6.0.0 (SHA-pinned)
- Swap static 88% badge in footer for live shields.io/codecov badge
