Add switch to use beta.musicbrainz.org

Some users having trouble connecting to musicbrainz.org but beta.musicbrainz.org works as usual.
It would be great to have a switch in the settings
Even without any problems it's nice to have such a switch.

There's also https://musicbrainz.eu, which would be nice to have.

Generally it should be easy to add as a user setting in the web interface as musicbrainzTargetServer already exists as a server-side configuration value.
It will be a bit annoying because most places where this is used are not dynamically recomputed from user settings on the client side. This means the user setting probably has to be passed down into the components which need it (as an optional value which defaults to the server configuration value).

It would be good to know what kind of problems the users are experiencing, since the justification here is that some users cannot connect to the main domain. Are those regional issues (say MB could be blocked in some countries) or performance issues (when the main MB domain gets a lot of bot traffic and performance drops)?

My reasoning was off. Just giving users options to use harmony in beta/eu without constant switching between version should be good enough reason to add this functionality.

AI scrapers. test and beta servers are now locked down and only allow logged in users
The .eu domain was registered because Russia blocked .org

Added a simple target server setting to my harmony enhancements script. It rewrites the links and forms on click, not the links themselves:
