Warn whitespace

1. Remove trailing whitespace.

2. I think we need to add warnings for:

   • Non-drawn characters
     • Whitespace programming language
     • Non-drawing unicode characters
   • Comments as harmful

I intend to propose that no-code be extended to no-comments.

However, this could also extend to no-documentation and no-vcs to prevent additional risk. Then I may need to delete my fork and not submit another PR.
