Added sharding aka due to increased demand of the bot. It's multi-threading, allowing requests to be split it into multiple process. Meaning increase FixEmbed's performance!
Added SQLite to save users channel states, meaning channel states are no longer reset after bot restarts.
Allow users to toggle enabling and disabling of FixEmbed in all of their server's channels by using: /[enable or disable] all_channels [True or False]
