Transactions: time-aware Monthly Totals and all-time Balance History
charts, payee/category info widget, year picker, reconciled-edit
warning, new time-period filters.
Backup: Support Backup (de-identified bug-report copy), new
loan/scenario/security-tag tables. Import: MS Money voided
transactions, land on just-imported account. Localized default
categories; PDF diacritics/compression.
