• add installing vagrant manager if -withvagrantmanager option
• expose 443 port to any hosts 0.0.0.0
• refactor setup.ps1 using functions
• add vm.docker.disk.sh with refactoring vm.startup.sh

• add config/env_var.sh to fix docker version
• autostart VM in Windows
• use __VM__ prefix in .env to set environment variables in VM

• Customising the host only network by PRIVATE_NETWORK
• Customising debian VM Box tag by VM_BOX
• Add FORWARDED_PORT with default 443
• autostart VM for Mac
