Increment VERSION constant to "3.0" and overhaul README to document all features added since v2.0: investigation checks (Spoof, Display Name, Reply-To Domain, X-Sender-IP, X-Originating-IP, Suspicious Headers), HTML report capabilities (Threat Summary, sticky navbar, copy-to-clipboard, merged tables), new test files, and fixture list.
Removed links to Wiki pages for HTML and JSON report generation.
Update get_introduction_banner() to accept a version parameter and pass VERSION from email-analyzer.py so the banner always reflects the current version automatically.
