I think yes -- they're fundamentally not that different from CSPDarkNet backbones and the original YOLOV8 implementation shows that these are useful for segmentation and classification. |

We didn't do this initially because we thought the YOLOV8 backbone wouldn't stick around for long, but that is no longer true.
