Add --pflash argument for passing pflash images to QEMU. Bind-mount pflash files into the container so LAVA can access them. Update --enable-cca help to include QEMU. Signed-off-by: Anders Roxell <anders.roxell@linaro.org>

Add '--enable-cca' to tuxrun, the flag enables ARM CCA / RME on FVP and qemu-arm64.
