PS5 Time & Date Sync v1.0.0
PS5 Time & Date Sync by Deckerr97
Initial public release.
A standalone, one-shot PS5 payload that restores the console date and time using public NTP servers. It is designed for consoles whose CMOS/RTC battery no longer retains the clock after a complete shutdown.
Features
- Automatic NTP date and time synchronization
- Published Cloudflare numeric fallbacks when PS5 DNS is unavailable
- Cloudflare, pool.ntp.org, and Google Public NTP hostname fallbacks
- NTP endpoint, version, mode, stratum, request timestamp, and date validation
- Clock read-back verification after updating
- Preserves the configured PS5 timezone
- One notification per payload execution
- No application installation or file modification
- Automatically exits after completion
Requirements
- Compatible PS5 exploit and ELF payload loader
- Internet access with outbound UDP port 123
- An execution environment that permits
settimeofday
Built using a PS5 Payload SDK package containing firmware definitions through 13.60. Actual runtime compatibility depends on the firmware, exploit, loader, and available permissions.
Acknowledgements
