Display maximum version for each requirement of Kestra #2341
Description
Actually, we are displaying version required with most often a minimal version, and not including a maximum version.
We should add a maximum, we don't test with version in the future, and some customer could complain that it don't work with a future untested version.
We should add a latest tested version (major excluding minor) and a add a sentence to say "it could work, but we don't have any test done for now"
