Plugin Docs scrolls around too much when you expand and collapse properties

Describe the issue

When you open a property in the plugin docs, the page scrolls up and down which is quite distracting.

Specifically:

• When you expand a property, it scrolls down so the title is off the screen
• When you collapse it, it jumps back to the top.

Personally, I think we would probably be fine without any scrolling as I find it very distracting and usually gets in the way more than not.
