Review some changes on the pricing page

Feature description

• The "Talk to us" button should be purple in the Enterprise Edition column.
• The checkmarks should also be purple and slightly larger.
• Add more space between the last feature of a section and the title of the next section.
• Add "i" icons next to each feature to display a tooltip explaining the feature, with the option to include a link to the documentation if needed. Example below.

• I'm seeing a large black banner at the top of the page — it needs to be removed.
