Ops Studio doesn't always start on Windows without clicking on the EXE #5

Trying to launch on Windows, it seems you often need to manually click the EXE for things to get picked up. I have a suspicion this is because the VSCode debugger always had 1 instance of VSCode open (e.g. the one you launched from) so it's not forcing some kind of Open syntax here. This needs more investigation to find a suitable workaround.
