Initial public Windows release.

Included fixes

• Resume Health now shows long-running status, supports cancellation, and explains when deep health check falls back.
• Resume Health reports are saved locally and can be reopened from the new history view.
• Users can correct parsed profile data when PDF extraction misses fields such as the candidate name.
• Backend selection made during onboarding is persisted and reflected in the top-right selector after restart.
• Job search scoring works across selected page counts instead of only the default two pages.
• CLI/API-key failures now return clearer format/empty-response errors.
• Public repository cleanup removed internal planning docs, generated eval output, and screenshot/image files that are not required by the app.
