Overall, I think keybase is great. The app seems very responsive, and the UI clean and intuitive. Of the messaging apps we evaluated, it bested Wire, Riot.IM, Signal, Telegram so far.
One of the main downsides is the lack of search. Search seems to be in the works, but I haven't seen any active development on it for at least a year.
