bug(mac): Keyman is not working correctly with Adobe Illustrator

Keyman is not working correctly with Adobe Illustrator. This may be because (a) it is not specified in the legacy apps, or (b) if it is, is due to timing differences.

• OS: macOS 10.14.5+
• Keyman version: 12.0.7
• Target Application: Adobe Illustrator CS 6

The bundle identifier com.adobe.illustrator appears to be correctly listed in the legacy app list. So this is probably timing related.

Keyman 14.0.184 appears to be working correctly with Illustrator, in most cases.
